Alexandra
Byrne
Alexandra Byrne was the costume designer
for one of my favourite films The
Avengers.
I've chosen Alexandra because working for Marvel or DC comics is what I'm
wanting to pursue. Alexandra has also done many other costumes for productions
such as, Elizabeth, Elizabeth the Golden Age, Finding Neverland and
Hamlet. Four which she was nominated for
an Academy award.
Alexandra was also nominated for a Tony
Award in 1990 for the scenic design for Some Americans
Abroad.
Michele
Clapton
Michele Clapton is a costume designer for
a top hit series Game of thrones, where she won an award for Creative Arts for
her second series on the programme.
Again period dramas is another thing I am
interested in doing as well as film. Michele has also worked for Film and TV
such as The Devils Whore, The Diary of Anne Frank and Sense & Sensibility.
